One large shed for Hustler + all tools, or two separate sheds (tool shed on Pad A, Hustler elsewhere)?

• Option A — Two sheds: Smaller tool shed on Pad A (10×7′, existing concrete), Hustler shed on new pad or north yard — keeps zones clean but doubles cost + logistics.
• Option B — One large shed: Single unit housing everything, sited where the footprint fits — simpler, cheaper, but Pad A (10×7′) is too small; needs a new pad or carport enclosure.
• Option C — Carport enclosure: Enclose part of the existing large carport into a shed — lowest cost, no new pad, but commits carport space permanently.

Recommended: Option A (two sheds) — Dan's own thesis. Tool shed on Pad A solves the near-term storage problem independently; Hustler location can be decided separately once a pad quote comes in.

Back Garden ground cover: Asian jasmine, clover, or something else suited to Palo Pinto County?

• Asian jasmine: Spreading evergreen groundcover, handles shade/oak canopy, Dan's current lean — needs confirmation it survives Palo Pinto summers (USDA Zone 7b/8a, hot + drought-prone).
• Clover (white/micro): Anney's preference; nitrogen-fixing, low-mow, good for pollinators — tolerates heat but needs water in dry spells; patches can thin out.
• Mini mower solution: If the back garden shape/size makes ground cover impractical, a small electric mower keeps it tidy without commitment to planting.
