🧬 This dashboard is a smart aggregator of step-blueprint.html instances. Each step in the member's directory (project, deal, process, asset, research) is its own page scaffolded from step-blueprint.html. The dashboard rolls them up: top priorities pull from each step's 🧭 Decision Points + ⚡ Next Moves; the LOB grid lists each step. Read step-blueprint to understand the data shape this dashboard summarizes.
Lineage: set <meta name="parent-model" content="../_models/dashboard-blueprint.html"> and uncomment the .lineage-strip badge below — so anyone reading this instance can navigate back to the source template.
Replace placeholders: Barry, {{HANDLE}}, {{SCOPE}}, B, Barry's work portfolio (discovery phase).
Fill the priority stack with actionable, decision-supporting items: each card should answer "what's the next move and what unlocks if I make it?"
Use the 🧭 Decision Points section to name 1–3 calls the member needs to make this week, each with 2 named options + a recommendation. This is the single highest-leverage section — without it, the dashboard is a status report, not a forward-mover.
Populate the LOB grid with one card per flow subdir; lead with the gating decision or risk for each LOB.
📊 Mermaid is loaded. Paste any <pre class="mermaid">flowchart LR\nA-->B</pre> inline — renders automatically, no build step. Use the viz-prompt asides as cues for where a quick diagram beats a paragraph.
🔁 Need weighted comparison? For decisions warranting a multi-axis matrix (cost · reversibility · time-to-impact), upgrade the Decision Points card to the canonical .choice-block primitive — see plan-blueprint.html for the pattern. Lighter card here is right for phone scanning; matrix is right when the decision spans plans.
